“You want me to get mad?” he shouts in the video. “I’ll get mad (expletive). I’ll come in that (expletive).”
At some point, Marshall Wallace climbed through the drive-thru window and hit a manager in the leg with a chair, the sheriff’s office said. A bystander can be heard in the video screaming at him not to throw the chair at the manager because “she’s an old lady.”
“The video clearly shows actions that blatantly violated the law and brought national embarrassment to the people of our great county,” Henry Sheriff Reginald Scandrett said in a news release. “This type of behavior will not be tolerated.”
The man and woman were arrested in Walton County during a traffic stop, officials said. They were both taken to the Henry County Jail, where they are being held on charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Marshall Wallace also faces a count of simple battery, and Crystal Wallace is charged with simple assault.
