We’ll leave the heartwarming tales to the Hallmark channel, but it is an opportunity for firms to show associates just how much they’re appreciated… which will hopefully convince associates to stay put in a red-hot lateral market.
So which firm is the latest to flex its financial muscle in the pursuit of talent retention?
Gibson Dunn — with its 1400+ attorneys and $2,160,542,000 in gross revenue last year — has announced their own set of bonus numbers. And, shocking exactly no one, it’s a match of the prevailing scale.
