Even if you haven’t been following along with football season, we feel obligated to tell you that it will soon come to an end. Not because you should feel pressured to watch the playoffs and get to know the teams that move forward, but because the Super Bowl is exactly two weeks from today, and that means food deals galore.

This year, Super Bowl LVI will take place on Sunday, February 13, 2022 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, beginning at 6:30 p.m. EST. But you don’t need to know (or care) about quarterbacks and touchdowns to take advantage of these food offers.

And to be completely transparent, not all of these are specific to the Super Bowl: We’ve also thrown in a handful of Valentine’s Day food deals and freebies that happen to be available on the 13th as well. Here are some to keep in mind when coming up with a food plan for the big game.

Applebee’s

Though the chain hasn’t announced their annual Super Bowl specials yet, they have said that they will be offering $5 “Smoocho Mucho Sips” cocktails in February.

Carrabba’s Italian Grill

Technically this is also a Valentine’s Day offer, but if you take advantage of it on the 13th, it’s a Super Bowl deal. Anyway, from Thursday, February 10th through Monday, February 21st, you can get a four-course dinner for two for $60 to eat at the restaurant, or at home via delivery or carry-out.

DiGiorno’s

If the score mirrors the first three digits of Pi (3-14 or 14-3) at any point during the game, the frozen pizza company will give out coupons for one free pizza. To have a chance at scoring one, you have to register for the giveaway online between February 6th—13th.

Ibotta

The Ibotta app is offering a “Big Game Party Pack,” that’s actually a set of rebates on popular snacks. There are a lot of rules/directions for this one, but it looks like people who are new to the app can get a full rebate on the items in the party pack if they purchase all six products on the list. These are:

  • Red Baron or Freschetta frozen pizza
  • Bubly seltzer water
  • Mission tortilla chips
  • Kraft sharp cheddar shredded cheese
  • Lighthouse homestyle ranch dip
  • Nestle Toll House chocolate chip cookies

There’s another set of rules/instructions for those who have already downloaded and use the app.

McAlister’s Deli

From February 12th-14th between 5-8 p.m., you can get 50% off their new steak entrée items with the purchase of a new steak entrée item. You have to order via their app and use promo code STEAK22.

McDonald’s

Get any two Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with Cheese, 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, or Filet-O-Fish sandwiches for $6 when you order through the McDonald’s app.

Outback Steakhouse

From February 10th to 14th, you can get four-course specials starting at $54 per person.

Wendy’s

These aren’t specific to the Super Bowl, but are available on February 13th, so they count. First, if you start off your day with a breakfast sandwich, you can then get any size beverage for free when you order through the Wendy’s app. You can also get a free medium order of fries with any other purchase made through their app. You can’t, however, use both offers in one day, so pace yourself.

Given that it’s still two weeks away, other food deals will continue to pop up ahead of the Super Bowl. If there are any you’d like to share between now and then, feel free to put the details in the comments below.
