AAA said the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded in Pennsylvania hit $4 on Friday morning.That price was up 13 cents from Thursday when the average price was $3.87.In Pittsburgh, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded hit $3.95 on Friday morning, also up 13 cents.Both numbers were above the national average of $3.83.AAA said one of the factors leading to the increasing gas prices was the price of crude oil which has been surging during the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
