The sheriff’s office says they’ve handed the information to Cincinnati Police. Cincinnati police says the investigation is a multi-jurisdiction investigation and no one has been charged yet. Law enforcement officers, including a SWAT team, are on the scene.Some employees who spoke with WLWT say they arrived to the building not knowing it had been closed.
