TRAVELERS HAVE HAD TO CHANGE THEIR PLANS AFTER HUNDREDS OF FLIGHTS WERE CANCELED ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND I SPOKE WITH SEVERAL TRAVELERS WHO TELL ME THIS IS CONCERNING ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THOSE CANCELLATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH THE CHRISTMAS WEEKEND. I HAD TO LIKE RESCHEDULE LIKE FLIGHTS LIKE THREE TIMES TO EVENTUALLYET HERE. DESOLATIONS AFTER THREE MAJOR AIRLINES CANCELED FLIGHTS AS THEY EXPERIENCED STAFFING SHORTAGES BECAUSE OF COVID-19. IT’S SURPRISES ME, BUT IT DOESN’T BECAUSE WE KNOW THAT THIS NEW VARIANT IS JUST REALLY AFFECTING A LOT OF PEOPLE UNITED AIRLINES CANCELED MORE THAN 170 FLIGHTS TODAY AS WELL AS DELTA AIRLINES WHICH CALLED OFF MORE THAN 140. BUT SAYS THAT’S JUST THE BEGINNING. I’M SO SAD THAT THE FLIGHTS WERE CANCELED. I MEAN I COULD ONLY IMAGINE THAT FAMILIES WANT TOET TO THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS IN A STATEMENT. DELTA AIRLINES SAID QUEOT UP TO 200 OF 3,000 FOR FLIGHTS ON SATURDAY MAY BE CANCELED AND UP TO 150 ARE EXPECTED FOR SUNDAY’S FLHTIG SCHEDULE WHICH LEAVES TRAVELERS LIKE ANDRES BARROSO WORRDIE ABOUT HIS TRAVEL BACK. AT LEAST IT WOULDN’T BE AS BAD AS CANCELING CHRISTMAS IF THE FIGHTS GET CANCELEDN O THE WAY BACK. HOPEFULLY I PRAY.
