Two years into a pandemic, you get on a plane and you know have to wear a mask for a five-hour flight, that you won’t even wear it and 300 people now have to go back to the gate, sit here for another hour — and they’ve got to refuel and get everybody on their way. It’s just so selfish,” Andrew said. The man who was removed from the plane by troopers was not arrested, so he is not being publicly identified. State police officials told NewsCenter 5 that man was booked on another flight.According to a state trooper at Logan Airport, police are responding to a number of mask issues on flights every day at the airport.
