A Modesto city councilmember was onboard a flight to Phoenix on Saturday where a man jumped out of the plane while it was taxiing to the gate.Chris Ricci said in a post on Facebook that while their flight was landing, a man in the row next to him opened up the emergency exit and jumped out of the plane.”I was really just shocked,” he recounted of the situation. “What happened here? is everything going to be ok?
